My responsibilities at Buffalo:
As a Campaign Officer my role is the seamless organisation and management of telephone fundraising campaigns for educational institutions. As the first point of contact with clients, my responsibilities range from developing an initial personalised project plan, data analysis and validation, recruitment of callers and on-site management of calling teams, and compiling a detailed wrap up report once the campaign has concluded. Most importantly I am responsible for a smooth campaign that raises as much money as possible for the client.
Why I chose to work for Buffalo:
Upon graduation I had a keen interest in pursuing a career in consultancy and at the same time wanted to make a positive impact with my career choice. Buffalo provided the perfect opportunity for me due to the real difference the company makes in the funding of education for those in financial difficulty.
