My responsibilities at Buffalo:
Campaign Officers ensure the smooth running of telethon campaigns in order to raise funds for a wide range of important causes. I am the first point of call for our client and manage all steps of the process from caller recruitment and data handling, to managing the calling sessions and writing the conclusive campaign report.
