My responsibilities at Buffalo:
My role as Campaign Officer surrounds the management of telephone campaigns for educational institutions. This encompasses varied work, from caller recruitment and training to data processing to overseeing the calling sessions themselves, with a focus on catering to the client’s specific needs at every step of the way.
Why I chose to work for Buffalo:
Everyone is so welcoming and I love doing work where no two days are the same. What first drew me to Buffalo though was knowing that my work would have a positive impact, as this is something I’m really passionate about.
