My responsibilities at Buffalo:
In my role as Campaign Officer, I work directly with educational institutions to deliver telephone fundraising campaigns. This involves communicating with clients and understanding their goals. I also train callers, manage calling shifts, and handle the administration necessary for an effective, high-quality campaign.
Why I chose to work for Buffalo:
I chose Buffalo because I wanted to contribute to a meaningful cause. I care about creating opportunities for young people by both fundraising for educational outreach and giving students practical work experience as callers. Buffalo has provided a friendly, welcoming environment to develop my professional skills, and the variety of my work makes the role engaging and rewarding.
