My responsibilities at Buffalo:
As a Campaign Officer, my job is to plan and oversee campaigns as a project manager, delivering tailored telephone fundraising based upon clients' needs, aims and aspirations. This involves recruiting, training and supporting teams of callers, utilising data to maximise fundraising efforts, and producing comprehensive reports to assess outcomes - going above and beyond to ensure all client requirements have been met.
Why I chose to work for Buffalo:
Having been involved in fundraising, volunteered for charities I care about and gained a keen understanding of socio-political processes at university, I believe fundraising is an incredible tool to make measurable, direct impact. In turn, Buffalo offers an incredible opportunity to not only build my skills and professional qualities, but also enables me to work in a job where my passion can shine through, and I can be genuinely excited about what I am doing.
