My responsibilities at Buffalo:
As a Senior Campaign Officer I organise and implement telephone fundraising campaigns for our educational clients. From initial project planning, data analysis and reporting, to caller recruitment, training and call session management, I help to ensure we deliver successful results for our clients and their beneficiaries.
