My responsibilities at Buffalo:
As a Campaign Officer at Buffalo, I work with various educational institutions and am responsible for planning and delivering tailor-made telephone campaigns from start to finish. My role includes analysing campaign and donor data to inform strategy, produce clear and insightful reports for clients, and oversee caller teams to ensure high-quality engagement and performance. I work closely with clients as a primary point of contact to meet their aims, optimise results and maintain the highest standards of campaign delivery.
