My responsibilities at Buffalo:
As a Campaign Officer I am the main point of contact during telethon campaigns. I am responsible for managing caller recruitment and training, data handling, and overseeing telethons; tailoring each campaign to the client's needs along the way. Through doing this, I help Buffalo produce bespoke fundraising services that help garner donations for educational institutions and important causes such as bursaries or scholarships.
Why I chose to work for Buffalo:
I have a keen interest in the charity and not-for-profit sector and doing work that is impactful and purpose-driven. I benefited greatly from my university experience and am passionate about equal access to education for everyone. Buffalo stood out as an employer that would help graduates to develop vital skills in an encouraging and supportive working atmosphere, representing a lovely combination of all of these things!
