My responsibilities at Buffalo:
As a Campaign Officer, I oversee telephone fundraising campaigns tailored for clients in the education sector. This involves working as the main point of contact for clients throughout the planning, execution, and follow-up of each campaign, as well as being responsible for caller recruitment, data organisation, and supervising call room sessions.
Why I chose to work for Buffalo:
The variety of the role makes working for Buffalo really interesting, as my time is broken up between working in our young, friendly Bristol office, and running campaigns away at client sites all over the UK. Supporting the not-for-profit sector was also a huge draw, as I help educational institutions raise money for some great causes.
