My responsibilities at Buffalo:
As a Campaign Officer, my role is to manage and oversee telephone campaigns from start to finish. This process is divided between work to prepare for campaigns, running the campaigns themselves, and finally wrapping up the campaigns. Each stage has a multitude of tasks to complete such as interacting with clients, processing data, managing callers and writing reports.
Why I chose to work for Buffalo:
I chose to work at Buffalo because it offers me the opportunity to develop various skills and professional qualities in a fun and welcoming environment. It is rewarding to know that the money raised during campaigns goes to important causes and I enjoy meeting many interesting and friendly people along the way.
