My responsibilities at Buffalo:
As a Campaign Officer, my role involves collaborating with educational institutions to run tailored telephone fundraising campaigns. Serving as the primary point of contact, I manage the project from start to finish. My responsibilities include creating and organising a detailed plan, analysing data, recruiting and managing callers, and overseeing the callers during the campaign. Once the campaign has come to an end, I produce comprehensive reports to assess performance and outcomes, ensuring all client goals have been met throughout the process.
