My responsibilities at Buffalo:
As a Business Development Officer, my focus is on engaging with current and potential future clients and assisting them with their Regular Giving programmes. This means my focus is customer care, and I am always happy to help! My goal is to find the best fundraising solution for each client, to ensure an effective campaign.
Why I chose to work for Buffalo:
I previously worked as a telephone fundraiser for another company, so I was very aware of how rewarding fundraising can be as a career. After honing my business development skills in a different sector, I was eager to return! Buffalo is a warm, supportive place to work, filled with friendly, helpful staff, and as soon as I stepped through the door I knew I had found a fantastic place to work.
