Rosslyn Owen

Marketing Manager

Education: BA (Hons) English Literature, University of Sheffield

My responsibilities at Buffalo:

n my role, I work as part of the Business Development team focusing on our school clients. I work with current and potential future clients to decide which of our services will be most effective in assisting with the growth of their regular giving programme. I also manage our marketing and work closely with our Managing Director, Ed Lang to conduct regular giving strategy days with our clients.

Why I chose to work for Buffalo:

I have been part of the Buffalo team for ten years and I am proud to have been a part of this company as it has grown stronger and drawn upon its success to offer a wide range of valuable services to the whole of the charitable sector. I joined Buffalo after working as a student caller and I worked as a Campaign Officer building up my knowledge and relationships with several of our longstanding clients. I then moved onto managing our team of Campaign Officers, overseeing each aspect of our telethons and working closely with our clients to ensure we delivered a consistently high standard on every project. I have since moved into a business development role and now use my knowledge and experience to work with our clients to decide which of our services will be the best fit for them when developing their regular giving programme.
