Education: BA (Hons) American Studies, Swansea University

My responsibilities at Buffalo:

As TCO Manager, I support new Campaign Officers through their first few months at Buffalo. I coordinate their training, make sure they have the tools and support they need, and offer a helping hand whenever its needed. My aim is to make their start as smooth as possible.
I also work closely with our wider CO team in my role as Telethons Coordinator, providing daily strategic and wellbeing support during the calling period and helping our team maximise results both for themselves and our clients. I spend the rest of my time running a range of fundraising projects for clients across our telephone campaign and ClipConnect services.

Why I chose to work for Buffalo:

I wanted to work in a field where my work could make a tangible, positive difference. Not only does my role at Buffalo give me this but it also provides an exciting opportunity to learn new things and develop as a professional in a friendly, dynamic and fun environment.
