My responsibilities at Buffalo:
As a Business Development Officer, my role involves building relationships with current and potential clients, specifically those in the school sector. I assess how Buffalo can help with the development and advancement of their Regular Giving Programmes and which of our services best suit their goals. I was previously a Campaign Officer at Buffalo so sometimes run a Telephone Campaign from time to time too!
Why I chose to work for Buffalo:
After interning with a charity after I graduated, I knew how gratifying raising money for good causes could be and wanted to continue that in my next job. I'm passionate about widening access and participation to education and working on projects that make a tangible difference to peoples lives which is why working for Buffalo was such a good fit for me. I enjoy the variety within the role and the opportunity to meet and work with students and clients from all across the UK! I'm also very lucky to work with such a lovely, fun and dedicated team of people.
