My responsibilities at Buffalo:
My role as a Call Room Supervisor is to oversee shifts in the Buffalo call room, creating a positive and enjoyable atmosphere for callers by playing games and encouraging callers to engage with each campaign they are involved with. I work with callers 1-to-1 on their performance and provide feedback and support throughout each shift. Alongside this, I complete general administrative tasks for the campaigns and communicate with the rest of the Buffalo team to ensure the smooth running of the call room.
Why I chose to work for Buffalo:
I'll admit that I initially applied for the caller role as a temporary position to allow me to move to Bristol for my studies. The lovely staff and positive atmosphere really impressed and motivated me, and so after a couple of months, I was already thinking about progression! Now I'm in a role that is giving me new skills and pushing me to the best of my ability as part of a great team that I feel lucky to work with.
