My responsibilities at Buffalo:
My role involves the supervision and management of campaigns run by our in-house calling team. I am responsible for running campaigns in the arts and charity sectors, which involves dealing with campaign administration, acting as a point of contact for clients and providing them with any support or materials necessary to ensure the smooth operation of their campaign. I also work closely with the callers to oversee their performance and ensure that they remain motivated and enthusiastic during each campaign.
Why I chose to work for Buffalo:
I started with Buffalo in March 2016 as a caller and immediately felt part of the team. I really enjoyed working on some exciting projects and speaking with some really interesting people in that time. I then took on the role of call room supervisor overseeing calling shifts which is something I particularly enjoyed, especially motivating the callers and getting the team to reach their targets. I’ve always enjoyed working at Buffalo and it’s great being part of a friendly and supportive team.
