My responsibilities at Buffalo:

As a Client Services Officer, I am mainly responsible for liaising with clients to advise and assist them with their mailings in order to best achieve their fundraising aims. These mailings mainly involve Data Capture that allows clients to efficiently plan their fundraising efforts and engagement opportunities. I am also responsible for assisting Campaign Officers with their telethon mailings.

Why I chose to work for Buffalo: 

I worked as a telephone fundraiser for most of my time at university so I knew that I wanted to contribute to the fundraising sector at a more widespread level. Working at Buffalo provides the perfect opportunity to do just that. And the fact that the whole team at Buffalo was warm and welcoming right from the very start!
