Our legacy giving campaigns use our Bristol based call team to make highly tailored calls designed to engage and qualify planned giving prospects. Calls determine current interest, ability, and willingness of prospects to make a planned gift.​

GIVING DAYS

PARENT DEPOSIT CALLING

Giving Days are fun and engaging. They allow you to harness the power of social media, email and phone to appeal to your constituents in a new and exciting way.


A Giving Day will:

  • Engage with multiple communities – current students, staff, alumni and friends

  • Encourage match-funding from major donors

  • Reconnect with lapsed donors

  • Gain first time donors who haven’t previously responded to previous asks

  • Allow current donors to give again

Our parent deposit campaign encourages the parents of recent school leavers to donate their deposit. We ask them to donate the equivalent amount of their deposit, either in one lump sum or over the course of a year by direct debit, from our Bristol-based call room, using our experienced professional callers. Our aim is to encourage past parents to become regular donors to the School.

ALUMNI RE-ENGAGEMENT

DIRECT MAIL

Our alumni re-engagement service is a managed alumni focus group telethon based in our call room, which allows for frank and candid views to be given on an institution’s fundraising methods and engagement levels, which should help to increase your donor pool in the medium- to long-term.

Our direct mail service, offers advice on the content and design of letters, brochures and gift forms, whilst ensuring that your communications are simple, clear and effective.
