ARTS & CULTURE

Buffalo works extensively within the Arts, assisting a variety of institutions with growing their individual giving programmes. These include Theatres, Museums, Orchestras, and Festivals. 


We’ve established an array of services, tailor-made for Arts charities ranging from identifying key supporters (e.g. ticket-buyers for theatres) to engaging with the charity’s constituency. Our methods include sending an online survey to assess the warmth of a potential audience to running a telephone campaign to raise vital funds for the charity and improve the relationship your supporters have with your institution.

ONLINE SURVEYS

Our Online Survey aims to assess the relationship your audience has towards your charity. We’ve found that many charities wanted to initially assess the level of interest and warmth from their ticket buyers and audience prior to embarking on a telephone campaign.


The survey's primary objective will be to determine whether your audience would consider supporting your charity. However, the survey can be tailored so that a variety of opinions can be captured.

TELEPHONE CAMPAIGNS

When asked in the correct way, we’ve found that supporters in the Arts donate at a rate of between 25-35%. Therefore, Buffalo has designed a tried and tested model to engage with audiences of Arts institutions effectively, having calls that often last around 15 minutes speaking with a small, select, warm group. Each call focuses on having a high-quality conversation aimed at building the relationship with your ticket buyers whilst gaining a host of new donors.

GIFT PROCESSING

Our online direct debit processing platform, Donor Debit, will submit payments to BACS, process cancellations, and credit donations into your account. The platform also offers you complete control, giving you the ability to download reports, update payment details, track donations and much more.
