As the co-founder of Buffalo, Ed has built strong relationships with many of those that he has met in fundraising industry. Ed enjoys remaining in close contact with all of our clients so that he can be sure that Buffalo’s services always result in a positive outcome. Ed was instrumental in pioneering the new techniques that allowed him to produce record breaking results on a regular basis. As the Managing Director, Ed now concentrates on ensuring that Buffalo continues to produce outstanding results in every area that we work. Ed has regular meetings with all of Buffalo’s Campaign Managers to analyse the services that we provide and develop methods to improve them. |

Tom has worked with over 100 different institutions around the UK including educational, sports and international charities. Tom has been instrumental in developing Buffalo’s outstanding training package that caters for their own Campaign Managers as well as external staff members within a number of Development Offices. As a founder of Buffalo Tom has helped develop the business, database systems, recruitment strategies, as well as delivering the highest level of support on campaigns he has managed. Tom is currently focusing on widening Buffalo’s services and utilizing our new call centre. Tom is the most appropriate person to contact for MOLE, Direct mail and general campaign advice. |

Iain pioneered telephone fundraising in the UK in 1984 when he was Director of Development at the University of Edinburgh and in 1992 as a consultant to the University of Cambridge. He has been a development practitioner and consultant for over 25 years, following a career in industry, higher education and politics. Iain founded Iain More Consultants (now Iain More Associates) in 1989 and has worked with a wide range of educational and arts institutions, charities and not–for–profit organisations. He has worked extensively in continental Europe and has also authored a key fundraising manual for Oxford Colleges, commissioned by a major philanthropist. |

Wayne studied Business Information Systems at Nottingham Trent University, building on his passion for programming and computing. He has since worked for IBM and Lenovo and has also set up his own web design company. Wayne’s principal area of work is in the development of Buffalo’s computer systems. Wayne also works closely with our clients to help with the exporting and importing of data. |

Jonathan graduated from University of the West of England in 2006 with a degree in Information Systems and Spanish. Jonathan has gained international experience working abroad in Spain and Canada. His principal area of work involves data management, importing and exporting data for clients, as well as assisting Wayne with the development of specific systems. |

Debbie studied Psychology and Sociology at University and has spent the last 4 years in recruitment. She has now joined Buffalo to cover Lucy’s maternity leave. Jessica joined Buffalo in July 2009, fresh from a Classics degree at Christ Church, Oxford where she started her career in fundraising as a caller. Since then, she has worked with a number of Oxbridge Colleges and Schools, helping to achieve excellent results across the board. She is very excited about her coming campaigns at Murray Edwards College, the Courtauld Institute of Art and St. John's School, Leatherhead. |

First working as a caller for his college St. Hugh’s, he then helped out as a Telethon Assistant at a number of schools across the country, including Tonbridge and Oundle. As Campaign Manager, Alex has run successful campaigns at Keble College, Keele University, Lucy Cavendish College and the University of Bradford and is looking forward to a very busy summer!. |

Having worked extensively with Reading University Edd is looking forward to returning to Oxford to manage his old college's campaign and after that working with St John's, Oxford and Pembroke, Cambridge once again. |

Peter studied Politics and English and Comparative Literary Studies at Occidental College in Los Angeles, California. Having excelled as a caller at his college, Peter went on to work as a telethon manager at Occidental as well as working on a campaign at American University in Washington, D.C. After joining Buffalo as a trainee in October 2009, Peter will work with Goldsmiths College, University of London and Reading University over the coming months. |

Will joined Buffalo full time in July 2010 after graduating from the University of Sheffield with a degree in Zoology. Prior to this he proved himself a highly successful caller for Bootham School in York, and worked as a Telethon Assistant at the Courtauld Institute of Art. More recently Will has helped run successful campaigns for Cheltenham Ladies' College and St. Anne's College, Oxford, and is very much looking forward to his upcoming work with Reading University and St. John's College, Cambridge. |

Helena read Classics at Wadham College, Oxford, and graduated with a First. She joined Buffalo full-time in June 2010, having gained extensive experience as a telephone fundraiser for various national charities, as well as working on Buffalo's in-house campaigns during the holidays. She has begun her career with Buffalo by working on successful campaigns at the University of Surrey and Winchester College, and is excited about working at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama and UWIC, Cardiff later this year. |
